Welcome to iSpell! To ensure you can better utilize our platform, please carefully read and thoroughly understand these “Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”).

By registering, logging in, or using this service, you fully read, understand, and accept all content of these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. Account Registration and Use

You confirm that before starting the registration process or using this service, you possess the civil capacity commensurate with your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account information (including email) and password. You shall be fully legally responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide true, accurate, timely, and complete registration information when using this service, and to update it promptly.

2. Service Content

iSpell is a language learning platform, providing services including but not limited to:

• Word book browsing and selection;
• Creation and management of personalized learning plans (by days or by word count);
• Word memorization and spelling practice based on intelligent review algorithms (SRS), and mistake review;
• Cloud sync of learning data and settings (consistent experience across devices);
• Authentication login via third-party services (WeChat, QQ, Google, GitHub).

We currently provide basic services for free, but reserve the right to charge for some or all services in the future. Any fee changes will be notified to you in advance via announcement or email.

3. User Conduct Code

You must not use this service to engage in the following activities:

• Publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and morality, social ethics, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, or violent content;
• Infringe upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
• Use any scrapers, bots, or other automated means to access or crawl data from this platform;
• Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this platform;
• Any other acts that violate laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of this platform (including the "iSpell" brand, Logo, icons, software, interface design, learning content, etc.) are legally owned by the platform owner.

Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, transmit, sell, or (reverse) engineer any of our services or software in any form.

5. Third-Party Services

This service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., WeChat, QQ, Google, GitHub OAuth authentication). You understand and agree that these third-party services are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your requirements, nor do we guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSpell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this service.

Your continued use of this service after the Terms have been modified constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
